I am working on a 64 bit machine. fingerPrint...Hi <br /><br />I am working on a 64 bit machine. fingerPrintScan is compiled for 32 bit machines and not working on my machine. I downloaded the source from ftp://ftp.bioinf.man.ac.uk/pub/fingerPRINTScan/program/ , compiled it but now I get a "The Compact database seems to be incorrectly formatted". Do you know where I can get a 64-bit fingerPrintScan that accepts the compact Database? Is it possible and OK to remove fingerPrintScan from interproscan. If yes how should I proceed?
